Shipping and Deliveries
At Nyvoya, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process, delivery times, and related policies.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (e.g., collection launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently ship to Portugal, Spain and selected EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at info@nyvoya.com.
Shipping Issues & Delays
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly first using your tracking details. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll assist as best we can.
Nyvoya is not responsible for:

Pre-Orders
If you’ve placed a pre-order, your item will be dispatched on the estimated release date stated on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your pre-order has been shipped.
Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are available.
