We hope you love your Nyvoya pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange in line with our policy below.


Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition 

  • All tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

  1. Fill out the form directly on our returns and exchanges portal or contact for email our team at info@nyvoya.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address. 

  3. Send the item(s) back to us using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. 


Exchanges

  1. Fill out the form directly on our returns and exchanges portal or contact for email our team at info@nyvoya.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address. 

  3. Send the item(s) back to us using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. 


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragrance or beauty products (if opened)

  • Worn, washed or damaged items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you’ve received an item that is defective or incorrect.

Please fill out the returns and exchanges form by selecting the reason or via email us at info@nyvoya.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.
