2. Orders and Availability
2.1 Orders can be placed through our website by completing all required fields and accepting these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any amounts paid.
2.3 We reserve the right to remove or modify any product or content at any time.
3. Execution and Delivery
3.1 After full payment (including shipping fees), your order will be shipped within 30 days.
3.2 Deliveries are available only within European Union countries.
4. Shipping and Costs
We offer home delivery. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location and order total.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT.
5.2 Prices and specifications may change without notice. If there is a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
5.3 Accepted payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal.
6. Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the goods passes to the user upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.
7.2 Notify us via our return form or by email at info@nyvoya.com.
7.3 Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.
7.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items sent cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
7.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method. We may wait to process the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of return.
8. Exchanges
8.1 Exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Items must be unused and include original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
9. Defective Products
9.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
9.2 If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund (including delivery costs).
9.3 Replacements are subject to stock availability.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property
